Customer care or Customer 'scare'

Thing that a mobile phone customer would hate doing on his phone is to call the customer care number..!!

To reach the ever annoying call centre executive, you need to dial thousand numbers on your cell, even after reaching the CC executive, he will take at least 5 minutes to attend your call, which means you will be losing your currency balance too, in addition to mental balance, as the customer care numbers are no more toll free.. Mobile service providers continue to rob the subscribers, after they robbed the treasury of this country by bagging the 2g spectrums at throw away price. if you don't keep a track of your pre paid balance, for sure, you will be a victim for the greedy service provider.

Last month (December 2010) i noticed that i lost Rupees 117.00 from my account all of a sudden. shocked by this, i tried calling the customer care of Airtel.

their reply was that i was browsing internet on my phone, so it was charged.. i showed them that i have an active internet plan, for which airtel is aleady charging for me. after 3 to 4 days of fight with different customer care executives, ultimately i got my refund of the amount deducted wrongfully.
